You have 30 days from the date of receiving your glasses to contact us for a return authorization (RA) number if you wish to return them for any reason. Customers are asked to provide their order number, name on the account, and briefly state their concerns with the order to initiate return support.
Please note that our glasses are bespoke products, custom-made according to each customer’s prescription and measurements provided by the customer. Due to this personalized nature, we are unable to offer a full refund on returned glasses.

Standard Warranty
Our warranty is a testament to our dedication to product quality, specifically covering material defects to ensure you receive only the best. However, it does not cover damage caused by rough handling, excessive exposure to heat or cold, improper cleaning methods, or bite markings of any kind. Scratches on lenses are not considered a manufacturing error unless they were scratched upon arrival. Your lenses will have a scratch-resistant coating applied at no additional cost to enhance their durability. However, no lenses are scratchproof, and they may remain scratch-free if proper care and cleaning are practiced.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
We are always here to help our customers and we understand that on occasion, purchased items need to be returned.
Under the Consumer Rights Act, customers have a 14-day right to cancel, this legal right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Items are only eligible for a refund if they have not been opened, used, or damaged and if they are in their original condition.
Prescription glasses will involve a 50% restocking fee since they are a custom prescription product. However a restock fee will not apply if the products are faulty.
However, if we have made a mistake with your order we provide a one time exchange or if the goods are faulty, we will be happy to offer a refund. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refund
We are happy to accept returns from online orders within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, after an inspection of the product is performed. Items are required to be undamaged, and in good condition.
For prescription glasses, there will be a restocking fee of 50% since they are considered a custom product, and the lenses are unusable and will be disposed of.
Once accepted, refunds will take up to 3-5 working days to reflect account. If you do not see your refund, please check with your bank once again and confirm. If you have double checked, please email at warranty@yayoptics.com
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded and are final sale.

For our Premium Warranty available for purchase at checkout:
Glasses purchased with the Premium Warranty qualify for a one-time replacement pair within 1 year of delivery, for any reason.
Under this warranty, if you’ve made an ordering mistake or simply aren’t satisfied with the glasses, you have the flexibility to exchange them up to 2 times within the 30-day exchange period or receive a 100% refund to your original payment method. This refund includes shipping and restocking fees, except the warranty cost.
In the unfortunate event that your order is lost in transit or stolen, we’re here to assist. We will remake your order and ship it to an alternate address of your choice. Please note that for lost-in-transit orders, we offer a one-time replacement only.
Glasses must be returned to us before an exchange or refund can be processed. This policy helps ensure that every pair meets our high standards of quality and personalization, reflecting our dedication to your satisfaction and product excellence.
Designer Frames Warranty:
Designer frames such as Nike, Gwen Stefani, Modern, etc., are warrantied following the manufacturer’s policy and handled on a case-by-case basis. This warranty is provided at no additional cost to give you peace of mind while purchasing.
