How Does Re-lensing Work?

We’ll guide you through selecting the perfect lenses for your needs, whether it’s single vision, varifocal, bifocal, or even tinted options for sunglasses.
2Send Us Your Glasses
We’ll provide a free postage label to send your frames to us securely. Need a box? Let us know, and we’ll send one too.
3Receive Your Re-Lensed Glasses
Once your lenses are replaced, we'll notify you and send your glasses straight back to your door, ready to wear.

FAQs
Do you provide me with a shipping label to send my frame to you?
We do not supply the customer with a shipping label to send their frame or frames to our facility for the re-lensing process. The customer is free to choose the best delivery method for them and will be responsible for the shipping charges. We do highly recommend that you purchase insurance for your package(s) as we are not responsible for lost, stole, or damaged packages sent by the customer.
Will my frame be inspected upon arrival?
Absolutely! Yay Optics will thoroughly inspect your frame before starting beginning the re-lensing process. We will contact you via the contact information provided during the ordering process with our findings.
What will happen if my frame breaks during the re-lensing process?
In the unfortunate event your frame does break, we will arrange for the frame to be repaired at our expense. Should the frame be unable to be repaired, we will provide you with a stock frame of the same value. The re-ordering of a new frame will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
